Resistant to Highly Corrosive Atmospheres

The evaporation station allows to safely evaporate your sample with your Fluoroplate or Fluorobloc and ensures low blanks level of your method. The evaporation station is 100% plastic and is specially designed to resist highly corrosive atmospheres generated by the evaporation of acids (HNO3, HCl, HF…). Moreover, the internal filtered air allows to prevent from external contamination thereby producing low blank levels. Available as a single or double evaporation cell, it will perfectly fit Analab A4 / A3 Fluoroplates and 24.50 / 48.50 Fluoroblocs. Custom evaporation stations are also possible.

Better Sample Preparation = Better Results

The exhaust fan draws air from the exterior through the HEPA filter thereby creating a clean inner atmosphere. Hot acid vapors generated by the heating of the FluoroBloc or the Fluoroplates are diagonally aspirated across the enclosed compartment and drawn to the air extraction.

Assembly includes:

  • Air intakes equipped with HEPA filters
  • Lockable hinged doors (flexible membrane seals and O-ring)
  • Exhaust pipe, and waterproof cable glands for feeding each hotplate
  • A manometer column for use when equipment is installed in a clean room

FluoroPlates

Analab A4 small (20 x 30cm), A3 medium (30 x 40cm), and A2 large (40 x 60cm) inert hotplates are equipped with PTFE bench and side thermal protection. Made of PFA coated graphite, materials inert to acids, delivers perfect temperature distribution. They do not emit any particles which could contaminate samples or your laboratory.
