Plastic lab cabinets are available in three polypropylene colors: white, black, or natural, with continuously welded joint construction and non-metallic hardware throughout. Casework also features an integral hinge for added strength. We supply through our dealer network, and have established relationships with architectural and engineering firms as well as laboratory manufacturers. Some applications include universities and local, state, and federal agencies. We offer a full line of standard polypropylene casework with a variety of feature combinations available. We also have the ability to customize our casework to meet specific user needs, such as custom dimensions, feature combinations, configurations, etc.

Plastic Casework

TFI Inline Design Polypropylene Hoods are used in trace metal laboratories and corrosive environments where metal contamination cannot be tolerated. These labs require a safe and reliable hood enclosure in which to perform their critical sample preparations. TFI Hoods are designed specifically to deliver clean environments under these corrosive conditions. Both our Counter Top and Laminar Flow Hoods provide an entirely non-metallic working environment, with primary attention to operator safety and reduction or elimination of contamination.

Plastic Fume Hoods

TFI/Inline Design VS Series Fume Scrubbers in Polypropylene or PVC are designed for laboratories and any point of use application that requires removal of acid vapors from exhausted air. They perform exceptionally under the most demanding corrosive environmental conditions. The VS Series Scrubber is a compact vertical Venturi unit designed to be installed indoors directly above an individual hood or equipment that is producing harmful vapors.

Plastic Fume Scrubbers

The exhaust fan draws hot air with acid vapor diagonally across the enclosed compartment through the HEPA filter and vents to either the optional recovery system (scrubber) or directly to the applicable laboratory air handling system. Assembly includes: air intakes equipped with HEPA filters, lockable hinged doors (flexible membrane seals and O-ring), exhaust pipe, and waterproof cable glands for feeding each hotplate. Assembly also includes a manometer column for use when equipment is installed in a clean room.
